First-time setup

It makes its own little WiFi at first. Join it from your phone, type in your real WiFi password — and that's it.

What does it actually do?

The Bluetooth Proxy hears your gadgets nearby and passes the message along over WiFi — through walls, floors and out to the garden.

Hot day? The garden gets watered all by itself. Even when you're not home.

Always-on readings of your room — how warm, how damp, the weather pressure, and how fresh the air feels.

Keeping it up to date

First time you'll need a USB cable. After that, updates arrive wirelessly — no need to unplug a thing.

Plug it in, connect, done. Homeassistant will find it on its own — each reading shows up as a friendly little tile.
